Delivery & Substitution Policy

Standard Delivery Fee in Sofia Region - $14.99

NOTE: Please provide a correct contact number for the recipient. We need to contact them OR an agent of the recipient (assistant, secretary, co-worker etc.) to be able to initiate the delivery. We can not drive around the city with your expensive/delicate gift(s), not sure if someone will be able to receive it. Once we contact the recipient and/or an agent of the recipient, we could arrange an alternative location or date for the delivery in case they are not available.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
In some instances, the image may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase/container which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament & style will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Please NOTE: Depending on the delivery location an extra charge may apply for out-of-town and rural area deliveries! If such charge is needed, we will send you a payment request/invoice by PayPal for the difference.
